Steps to remove the old winding of the motor
When removing the old winding of the motor, first soften or burn the insulating paint (in order to ensure the quality of the motor, it is best not to heat the motor stator in the fire); when removing the winding, if it is a flat copper bar, do not damage or cut the copper bar, and keep it in the shape of the original winding so that it can be wrapped and reused. When removing the old winding, follow the following steps: after finding out the number of parallel paths of the winding, turn up the upper edge within a span, and the height of the turn-up should not hinder the removal of the lower edge, and then remove the windings one by one. When removing, it is best to keep a relatively complete winding for reference when making a winding mold or winding a new winding.
